Brillo Announces ‘Return to Pink’ and Partnership with Breast Cancer Research Foundation *Review & Giveaway*

Brillo LogoBrillo, one of the world’s best know household cleaning brands, just released some exciting news regarding new products, a return to pink soap and a partnership with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
Sponge WipeIn August, Brillo introduced an array of new products including a whole new line of household cleaning products that brings together two of the industry’s leading brands for a new offering of products, Brillo Estracell Sponges. This new line of products from Brillo features a variety of Estracell More Sanitary Sponges including the Wedge Edge, the Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge, the Light Duty Scrub Sponge and the Sponge Wipe.

What makes Estracell more sanitary than other sponges? Estracell is a nonorganic material formulated from a propriety formula to form a product similar in composition to a natural ocean sponge. The unique cell structure picks up dirt, rinses cleaner and dries out faster, eliminating the perfect breading condition for bacteria and fungal growth.

For review, we were sent the Estracell More Sanitary! Sponge Wipe 2-pack. These convenient sized wipes are perfect for picking up spills on counters or cleaning after dinner messes on your table. I have to admit, that I am a big fan of the pink and green colors! They made doing a dreaded task a little bit more fun.

Shoppers will also notice a new look for the company’s world-renowned soap pads, which will include more soap in each pad, new packaging and a return to the traditional pink soap for the original soap pads. And to celebrate the return to pink, Armaly Brands has entered into a partnership with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and will be donating five cents for each purchase of specially marked packages of Brillo products up to $50,000.

Brillo also sent us a box (4 pads in a box) of the pink steel wool pads to review. Can you believe that it has been years since I have used a Brillo pad? Well, let’s just say that I have been missing out! These pads helped me scrub out the toughest, stuck-on messes and the added soap is a great feature.

Buy it: The new line of Brillo products are available at retailers across the country and retail for $1.97-$2.99. Be sure to look for the BCRF specially marked packages!
